1. The warranty required user presented together
with dealer's invoice when requesting repair service; 2. The dealer name, product model and date of
purchase must be clearly stated on the dealer's invoice, otherwise,
repair services will not be provided, or fees will be
charged. 3. All accessories (including software, cable,
optical disk, etc.) will not be covered in the warranty
service. 4. C&D reserves the right to refuse to
provide repair services, or fees would be charged for services or
parts. , if : - The product has been damaged through misuse,
negligence, accident and natural calamities. - The product has any kind of significant
physical damage. - The warranty period has expired. - The products has been modified or any any
unauthorized repair
- The serial number or model no. label has been removed ,
defected or altered. - The products is under abnormally usage, like
for testing, research and development purpose, etc. 5. The warranty period is count from the date of
purchase stated on the dealer's invoice. 6. Product found to be faulty after 7 days of
purchase will be repaired only and not be replaced.
